Saw Lust, Caution on DVD via Netflix Sunday, 24 February 2008. A well-crafted Chinese film from one of the most amazing Chinese directors of all time. Now I know why it was rated NC-17! Great way to end February.

Enchanted

Saw Enchanted at the bargain theater Monday, 18 February 2008, at 640pm. After all the hype surrounding this movie, I walked away feeling that it was just OK -- good, not great.

Moliere

Saw Moliere on DVD via Netflix Sunday, 17 February 2008. One of the better French films I've seen this year. Can't wait to see Romain Duris next in Dans Paris.

Persepolis

Saw Persepolis at the regular theater Sunday, 10 February 2008, at 220pm. One of the best coming-of-age stories I've seen. Also one of the better animated films of 2007. I actually liked it more than Ratatouille.

the Darjeeling Limited

Saw the Darjeeling Limited at the budget theater Saturday, 2 February 2008, at 1240pm. Typical Wes Anderson flick. Although, I enjoyed it more than the Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.

Black Book

Saw Black Book on DVD via Netflix Friday, 1 February 2008. Great way to start February! Excellent Dutch film. Could have been nominated for Oscar Best Foreign-Language Film, but unfortunately, AMPAS thought that there were 5 better films last year.
